0:39.4	We're starting with an update from yesterday's episode in that the Senate voted to kill
0:45.8	the first article of impeachment against DHS Secretary Alejandro Myorkas this
0:50.9	afternoon. So there is still one article pending as of now, but that very well could change very shortly. As I mentioned yesterday, the House formally delivered these articles of impeachment to the Senate, which marked the process of the Senate
1:06.3	deciding what to do with them.
1:07.9	And as I also mentioned yesterday, this likely will not make it to a trial, and it's
1:11.5	looking even more like that now but here's what
1:15.0	what's happened so far today and before actually I get into what's happened I do
1:20.1	just want to mention that because this is such a fast moving process once it gets going,
1:26.7	I can almost guarantee you that by the time you listen to this episode, there will be more updates.

1:36.3	Eastern time. So first, Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer offered a deal to Senate Republicans who do want to see this go to trial.
