0:42.4	the Supreme Court is allowing Idaho to enforce a ban on
0:46.8	gender transition care for minors.
0:49.5	So let's talk about it.
0:51.6	First and foremost, this order from the Supreme Court is not a permanent
0:56.7	decision is temporary. The Supreme Court has yet to even agree to take up this case at this point.
1:02.8	So here's the deal.
1:04.6	There's currently a legal battle going on in Idaho
1:07.6	over a state law that makes it a crime for doctors
1:11.1	to prescribe any sort of gender transition care to minors.
1:15.0	So that can include hormones, puberty blockers, surgeries, etc.
