| 0:19.8 | 100 members who will become a juror, |
| 0:22.1 | New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. And we will talk about the insurrection and impeachment, |
| 0:27.4 | of course, but also the transition and the urgent business to do for the people, like beating back |
| 0:33.5 | the coronavirus and its economic shocks and getting serious about racial equality. Hi, Senator, |

| 1:25.6 | during the Senate, and so we weren't scrolling through the news feeds. |
| 1:29.3 | And so we started to do so and realized that the riots outside were becoming more and more |
| 1:35.3 | violent, and within moments we were informed that the Capitol had been breached. |
| 1:39.3 | And so it was just one of those just high anxiety days where you couldn't understand what was happening |
| 1:45.7 | in the moment. |
| 1:46.7 | On reflection, looking back, I'm more and more horrified as the days go on with now |
