A lot of issues as adults come from childhood or self-esteem, bullying, abuse, neglect, etc.

When you nurture yourself, forgive yourself, apologize to yourself, protect yourself,

reassure yourself, and still confidence in yourself.

Love yourself.

I think every part of you receives that

and you can finally let go of the things you've held on to

for so long as life continues to happen, you'll notice your growth

and your responses to life. Stuff that used to rock you will barely nudge you. Then you will discover new layers of

yourself that can further be developed and that's what it's all about. Growth is

forever evolving and you will continue to do that your entire life.

So this is like a vibe check because this is not a rat race, it's a journey, a journey of growth, a journey of understanding,

inner standing who you are so that you're able to manifest and create the life that you want in this realm.
