You listen to Buy the Book all the time, right, Sarah? I do. I don't think I've listened to every

single episode, but I have listened to a lot. It's a really fun podcast for those of you who want like a more

humor-focused podcast, but it also gets pretty emotional too. They take a self-help book.

And sometimes that genre, like they'll bend it because I'm going to talk about my favorite episode,

which is not like classic self-help, but they live by the rules of that book for I believe two

weeks. They often drag their partners into it as well.
