Hi Hey Girl Podcast Family. I hope everyone is doing the best they can today and

always especially during this pandemic. I know that things are not easy and things are challenging and scary, but we are

all in this together and that's what's been giving me comfort lately.

I'm just popping on to share a couple of things, some exciting news and some community building news that I think you guys will enjoy.

So number one is as promised my new writing course is alive and in the world for registration. It's called

a journey home and it was carefully crafted to enhance the lives of those who use it, so that means you and me in a way that is

accessible, straightforward, and rooted in self-accountability and trust.

I am very excited about a journey home. This is my second

virtual course and I almost didn't offer it because I wasn't sure if it was needed but after doing some self-talk some positive

self-talk I decided to go ahead continue working on it, and to release it.

And it's been a pretty amazing turnout so far.

I'm very, very, very thrilled to be in company

with you all once again.

As many of you know, my first course

launched in January, and I'm planning

on launching courses every quarter with different themes.

So this new course, A Journey Home,

is basically a journey through healing and self-love

via writing practice.

So we're gonna be spending four weeks together and in those four weeks

we're going to be tackling identifying our pain on the page, addressing our healing head-on, self-love, a day at a time, and growing in gratitude.

And I think this is going to be really special for a number of reasons.
