Hello, friend. I am someone who feels pretty good at small moments of self-care. For example,

my 15 to 20-minute a day yoga practices. In fact, I did a whole episode called Tiny Moments of Self-Love, but I definitely get stuck.

And I'm actually quite stubborn.

And I definitely have issues related to health care, especially when it involves using the
