The time and is, and as usual we had Tuesday drink,

Jask and Steve, a thrill hill to find out who are toast.

Yes indeed, and today we toast an unidentified woman from China,

but her story takes place in Fukushima Japan.

Now, she was in Japan for international studies,

and she recently got herself into some legal trouble.

A crime?

Well, it seems pretty obvious. Like most countries it is illegal to drive a vehicle on the sidewalk in Japan, but she was caught doing exactly that.

Now her excuse was that she didn't know Japanese law. Now authorities

pointed out that that really is not excuse and even if she didn't know that you

could not drive a vehicle on the sidewalk she would certainly know you at least need a license to operate a vehicle

period and she did not have a license for the vehicle that she's operating now we're

not sure the severity of the penalties that she's facing I think it's more of a
