0:00.0	Would you turn with me this morning in the scripture to John 14, please?
0:07.6	John 14, and our text is verse 21.
0:14.7	John 1421, Jesus said,
0:19.1	He that has my commandments and keeps them, he it is that loves me.
0:27.6	And he that loves me shall be loved of my father and I will love him and will
0:36.1	manifest myself to him.
0:41.6	For years, I've been shouting about that last phrase.
0:46.5	And I'm more excited about it today than I have been.
0:51.3	In the Amplified, let's look at it again jesus said the one that loves me keeps my word
0:58.2	he said i will love him and will show reveal manifest myself to him i will let myself be clearly
1:07.2	seen by him and make myself real to him.
1:13.8	Now there are few things more important than Jesus being real to you.
1:20.5	Then him being manifest to you because he is light.
1:24.9	He is life, isn't he? Jesus said this is eternal life, knowing God and Jesus is the one
1:33.8	he sent. That is eternal life, knowing him, not just knowing about him, not just believing in
1:41.3	something theoretically or in principle.
1:49.6	So many people in the world, they stay out of church, they stay away from anything that looks or sounds like church.
1:52.0	Because some things that they have been exposed to were just dead and theoretical and
1:58.6	rigid do's and don'ts and this or that and they just saw... theoretical and rigid
2:01.0	do's and don'ts
2:02.7	and this or that and they just saw
2:04.8	no benefit to their life
