Turn with me to Mark 11, please.

Mark 11 and then 2nd Timothy 1.

Mark 11, Jesus is speaking.

And they had just witnessed him speaking to the fig tree and how that it changed just because he spoke to it.

And Jesus answering said to them, have, verse 22, have faith in God.

And verse 23, he said, verily I say to you that whosoever shall say to this mountain, be thou removed, be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe those things which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he saith.

And see, the reason he's talking about it is because he said something to the tree.

Is saying involved with faith?

Oh, big time.

Big time.

So when you learn about faith, you learn about saying.

How did you get born again you believe in your heart and

what else you say now if you just said something but you didn't believe it you know

there's been cases where people kind of are pushy with people to try to get them to pray the so-called sinner's prayer,

and there's been people that just pray it just to get them to shut up and go away and leave them along.

But they didn't believe it, and they didn't give their heart to the Lord.

So were they born again?

No.

Uh-uh.

But if you really believe it in your heart, which isn't that what he's saying right here in verse 23?

If you'd say it and what else?

Not doubt in your heart, but believe in your heart that what you said, come to pass, you'd have what you say.
