for the Garrison Institute Labor Day retreat. So look into that if you feel like sitting

with us in person. And every Monday through Friday at 8 in the morning, Kathy jumps on and does the daily pause meditation,

which is wonderful. Yeah, I hope you'll take advantage of that. There are no fees or charges for anything I do.
