Hi, David. My name is Christopher Jackson, and I'm from Portnesty, Florida. I've listened to you

since you have the Bigger Pockets podcast, and I've just been loving the Real Talk, Real Estate,

the Mortgage Mondays, the Real Talk, realtors, all of them. It's been joy seeing you run your own thing

there. My question for you, I'm interested in becoming a real estate agent, but my ultimate goal is

to have a cash flow in business that I can provide for my family, but not have to have the

output of money that comes to me be directly tied to my input of work and time
