and today I'm gonna nervous because I'm gonna be in the hot seat.

And I just really think a lot of you and so thankful that you listen.

So I thought it would be only fair if you got to know me a little bit better.

Each week you trust me to bring on a new guest, you have faith that I'm gonna help guide

you in a new place.

And I wanted to come on today just to kind of open your eyes.

My goal is for all of us to see the unseen, to let you know where have been and what God's

taught me.

And the heart of that is that he has to be the center.

Does that fit with what this podcast is called or what?

But I think that really I want us all to see the unseen, which means there is more going

on than the circumstances of our children than the challenges in our marriages, than the

financial struggles, than the heart aches.

There's more at work here.

And what I've learned is when I look past the circumstances and try to see God's heart

in it, I usually find more peace in my soul and more patience to walk through those circumstances.

So I wanted to give you a verse to start off.

It comes from a song and this particular one was written by David.

And David you know was being sought as circumstances were rough.

The king at the time didn't like him.
