| 0:00.0 | Now, our second area where people get stuck, the second mind pit is what we call treading water. |
| 0:05.7 | And treading water, I use this analogy, because I'll never forget when I was 15, we had swimming classes as part of our physical education. |
| 0:13.3 | And part of it is we had to bring a big jacket and a beanie and big, you know, what are they called? |
| 0:20.2 | Tracksuit pants and sneakers and jump in the water. |
| 0:23.4 | And we had to spend 60 minutes just treading water, |

| 1:19.6 | We have this almost dopamine deficiency. |
| 1:22.6 | And because we live in a society where we crave that so much and technology has done this to us, it's terrible. |
| 1:28.8 | We get bored and then we see that boredom as a sign, okay, well, maybe this isn't what I should |
