Yeah, so I started pretty much doing off market like I was just cold calling cold calling and I got deals

that way you know and then I tore my a.C. L later that year and I couldn't go on appointments

anymore because I couldn't walk and like I was having

surgery and all these things so I decided to kind of take a stab at going after

deals on the MLS and everyone bro was telling me like dude like you're wasting your

time we're in an extreme

sellers market yeah there's like three weeks of inventory in Vegas yeah what are you

doing like you're you're wasting your time like you know everybody I was telling me that before you get into this
