Society is kind of with women right now. It's like fat diets, overwork, run yourself to the ground, punish yourself. I need to be the change. I need to do something different. You are my current trainer. You have really built a career as an expert in women's fitness. You want to push in the gym. A lot of people are always looking pretty the whole time. Like now you want to make some faces. Making noises. I want to hear some grunts.
