I don't say this lightly, but I truly believe that the message given this week about spending

time in the secret place with the Father, with the door shut like Jesus invited us into

and what he paid for, I truly believe that if every believer walking the earth

did this every day, we would be amazed at the fruit around us that would just come about naturally

without striving, but by spending time with the Father. So I pray that this blesses you and I pray

I'm going to pray for you now Lord I pray for every listener Lord that they would be drawn into

communion and intimacy with you that they would be drawn to sit with you every day and to know you as you truly are.

Not as anyone else has said that you are, but as you are revealed in scripture and by your

Holy Spirit. So I thank you for that. Draw your children to you. Use this message to do it,

Lord, in Jesus' name. Well, what I have shouldn't be new news.

Really, most of it shouldn't be new news, right?

When you come in here, we just need to be reminded.

So I'm going to talk about receiving from the Lord in the secret place.

It's just, as a shepherd, the Lord's just made me aware

of what a gap there is. In the lives of most believers that they don't, for whatever reason,

don't spend time with him. Maybe don't know how.

Maybe there's walls up.

That's why we're going to talk about the heart.

Sometimes you're not spending time with the Lord in the secret place

because you have walls up in your heart toward him.

There's a fence.
