And the Hey everybody we did it we did it We had a second year of a fundraiser around Groundhog's Day, except for it wasn't actually around Groundhog's Day.

And I, A-ron, am here to talk about it. Also, Jim's here. I don't have- I don't have a standard intro for our fundraising efforts yet.

Also, Jim's here! There we go. Get the applause going everybody. So if you were if you're not familiar last year in 2018 Jim and I for a long time had been enamored with the idea of doing a 24-hour

marathon of the movie Groundhog's Day on Groundhog's Day and we did that and we decided to make it a charity stream and we raised

over ten thousand dollars for National Alliance in homelessness and it was very like

what we put through that together in like a week but it was so successful

that we thought maybe we should get spent a little bit more time and effort on it and

We did so this week this year. We had a lot of changes. I guess we should take it back from the beginning

What was kind of what was in your back in mind? What was your goals for round two of some kind of 24-hour marathon?

Honestly it was. I don't want to do Grandhog's Day again.

So pick something that will be fun that we can marathon and also I want to raise at least as much money as we did last year and I thought that was

borderline achievable right. Yeah, I mean, because it had been a year and a lot more people, I mean the drawbacks of doing it in like the dead of February is that there's not as many people interacting with bald move

as they would be like during game of throwing season or some other time.

The benefits is it fits well in our schedule, but you know we had another year to advertise it. We've been talking about this for a couple of months on lunch, you know, like I think most of the the core bald move audience is kind of excited about it looking forward to it.

But you know we knew that like almost 20% of our donations last year came from a

single individual and you can't expect that to repeat.

And you know, the novelty is off and it's still February and, you know,

you know, the, are people going to, are you going to be able to count on, you know, beating your record every year?

So, we selected Star Wars because I can't remember if this is something you and I were thinking about or if this is something that came out of like you know

Collaborations with the bald move community but at some point we realize that all of the existing Star Wars movies just fit in a 24 hour

space with like 15 15 minutes in between them for credits and a break and that will not that will no longer be true next year.
