But we are back, Brian, to talk some more Notre Dame football. And today we're going to be looking at it from more of a big picture lens.

All of the big name magazines are starting to crank out there.

You know, their preseason previews of this upcoming 2025 football season.

Athlon Sports just released there.

Hint, hint, Brian Driscoll has a little piece on Notre Dame in there.

So everybody makes sure to go check that out.

But today we have a lot to cover.

So we're going to start off today's show by talking about the college football playoff

rule change.

And we've talked about it briefly in other segments of different shows, but today we're

going to begin with breaking down what those changes are, what it means for Notre Dame.

Some of the maybe more specific conferences in the southeastern area aren't as happy about it as some others are.

And then we're going to dive into some coaching rankings.

Now, obviously, Notre Dame's head coach, Marcus Freeman, has generated a lot of publicity this offseason.

He's gaining a lot of traction.

He's one of the hottest up-and-coming coaches in college football.

So we're going to spend the second segment of today's show talking about where he falls in some rankings between sporting news, ESPN, CBS sports.

And then we're going to wrap it all up today talking about the Athlon Sports

College Football season preview for 2025.

We're going to talk about Notre Dame, talk about their top 25 rankings.
