Renee is a chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author,

and co-founder of Sea Creatures, the Seattle Hospitality Group.

I haven't talked to Renee since before the pandemic,

so it was fun hearing what she's up to.

to visit the Whale Winds, one of Renee's restaurants when I was in Seattle a few months ago

for our sit-with-us dinner. Then I'll be chatting with Francesca Nonino, who joins me on Zoom all the way

from Italy. Francesca is the sixth generation of the Noninos to be involved in their family Grappa business.

She is the head of digital and travels extensively in her role as global brand ambassador.

The history of the Nonino family is filled with trailblazing women, so you'll enjoy hearing
