So the other day, I posted something funny on my personal Facebook page.

Well, most people thought it was funny.

There's always a couple that bring correction when I try to do something a little funny. But anyway, I posted something like this. Normally, I make it a point never to post anything negative. But I pray you'll indulge me for just a moment because I've got to get this off my chest. And then in all caps, I wrote, winter is dumb. Now I said, no, I'm not sure I feel any better after such a reckless rant,

but hey, it's still true. And lots of people laughed, and a few people said, you know,

God works all things together for the good, you know, and he does. But I was just being funny because,

you know, some of you who live in warm climates, maybe don't get it, but those of us who live in

climate and go sometimes weeks without seeing the sun and the frigid temps, it just takes a toll.

And these snowy seasons can be hard to navigate more so for some than others, especially if you

deal with any kind of autoimmune issues.

the blue skies or even sweating, sweating is so good for you, your body, your skin, your mind all
