Summary

Jodi Huisentruit's name has appeared in local media quite a bit lately, mostly due to the research of consultant Steve Ridge.

In this update episode, Steve joins me to discuss his newly public work on the Jodi case and topics ranging from a video taken of Jodi the weekend before she vanished, to the drug scene in Iowa at the time.

0:50.1	But Steve's ongoing research into what happened to Jody and some other crimes in eastern Iowa and North Iowa over the span of the last 25 years as well has been piling up over the last six months.

1:11.1	insight that they might provide about what happened to Jody Hoosentrute 25 years ago this coming
1:16.4	summer. After his initial conversations with John Van Seiss in Arizona, Steve Ridge made public
1:22.9	that John and his wife planned to move back to Iowa, where he's originally from, and we also
1:28.1	learned about John Van Sice's Alzheimer's diagnosis.
1:32.0	Some months later, it was followed up on that John Van Sice and his wife, in fact, had changed
1:38.1	their minds about returning to Iowa.
1:41.2	That's where Steve and I started on the phone last night.
