And while our first episode of each year

drops the first Monday of the year, I want to take a moment and make sure we're all on the same page.

Normally, we'll jump right into the text, but every once in a while, I'll pause to make

sure our newest listeners are brought in the loop. You can access the full Join the Journey reading plan a few

different ways. You can easily read along with us online by visiting jointhejourney.com or by downloading

the Join the journey app. If you choose to access the reading plan through the website or app,

you'll be able to read a short devotional regarding that day's passage, walk

through some discussion questions, comment and interact with other readers, or even sign up to

receive each day's scripture and divo via email every morning. Plus, if you use the app, you can

set reminders on your phone to make sure you don't neglect your time in God's Word.

And if you're on the web, you'll be able to find our Join the Journey Junior reading plan,

a reading plan that runs in tandem with the adult curriculum.

Think a Bible reading plan for elementary school-aged kids,

most suitable for those in grades 3 through 5.

For some of us, however, more screen

time is the last thing we need. So if reading God's Word on your computer or phone opens the

door for more distractions, I'd recommend you join the journey through one of two ways. First,

we've got the reading plan and PDF form on the website, Jointhejourney.com.

Just simply click on the resources tab, download the free PDF, print it out, and stick

it in your Bible.
