So, before we get started on the inauguration, we thought we would share some of the mental health feedback.

We really got amazing feedback. It's particularly from those of you who work in the mental health area.

I thought that one reader wrote in and I thought was really great, which she said that it's really important to broaden the conversation to include individuals who struggle with all levels of depression and or anxiety.

And that's sort of easy to talk about crisis moments or really acute conditions, but to always keep in mind that there are people that struggle with sort of anxiety and no level depression and just the entire spectrum of mental health issues.

I think that was thematic in the feedback that is just spectrum of issues that people struggle with in terms of mental health.

And I felt like we hit sort of both extremes of it. Kind of what do you do for people who used to need inpatient care, the other extreme of, hey, let's all check in regularly with a therapist.

I think that we sent a lot of people into therapy after our last episode, which is amazing.
