On March 21st, 2015, the bodies of Eric Cates and his beloved dog Gypsy were found

burned in the cab of Eric's truck.

One anonymous local veteran law enforcement officer

told us that Eric's murder seemed to set off a chain of events.

A series of murders, disappearances, and other suspicious

deaths began immediately after Eric and Gypsy's murder. And almost every single one of them is somehow tied to a tiny town with a

population of less than 2,500 people, Empire, Alabama.

And I think they're all tied together in that one corner section of the empire community.

You know, I mean, it's difficult to say, but you've got certain individuals that's

responsible for multiple deaths.

I believe that.

And it's all on that one little corner there, But, you know, I think at some point it's going to break loose and when it does, I think you're going to find out that there's certain individuals that are responsible for multiple deaths.

That should give you a testament to the dangers of the community.

There's people that will smile to your face and will make you disappear the moment you turn your head.
