Summary
What does 18 months with a mysterious, chronic health issue teach you about healing? First, that healing isn't linear. Second, It's a bit of a roller coaster. How are emotions from the past tied into a physical issue you're having today? Mind and body are inextricably intertwined, and healing one always involves the other. Today I give some of my most profound lessons from this challenging time in my life.

| 1:24.2 | which vestibular imbalances or hypofunction |
| 1:27.8 | were part of my symptoms for sure. |
| 1:30.2 | But when I heard about that, |
| 1:31.5 | vestibular neuritis, vestibular migraines, I had never heard anything about this. |
