Hello and welcome to episode 10 of Menace to sobriety season two and the last episode of this season.

0:11.1

I'm very sorry to be leaving you for a little bit, but I wanted to jump on and tell you why I've got to take a little break from the podcast and when I'll be back and talk you through Christmas coming up and

0:21.8

New Year's and everything like that. But I wanted to say a massive thanks to everyone that's

0:25.3

tuned in and listened. These podcasts are like therapy for me and I really enjoy them. But when

0:30.0

my life starts to get a little bit hectic and new projects come up and stuff's going on,

0:34.8

unfortunately it's got to take a little bit of a back seat for me because it always needs to be something that I'm excited about doing and happy about doing so I can do it with heart and passion, if you know what I mean.

0:46.3

I never want it to be a chore. And also, with addiction especially, I believe, we tend to sometimes bite off more than we can chew. I feel

0:59.2

like sometimes we can overwhelm ourselves. You know, we throw ourselves into things, especially

1:17.6

So I always take breaks from it or I'm happy to take breaks from it if I think that it's going to

1:22.9

become a bit too stressful to do.

1:25.3

But let me tell you what I've got coming up.

1:27.1

I'm in the process of

1:28.3

raising a million pounds for a film called Sessions, which actually has everything to do with

1:33.6

this podcast. It's a film that I wrote with the producer of this podcast, John, when we used to be,

1:41.0

when we done the first season, there was a producer that produced it in the

1:44.3

podcast studio, uh, that we used to shoot in with the guests. And I am going to bring guests back for

1:49.4

the third season, I think. This has been fun, but I need to chop it up a little bit. But, um, John, uh,

1:56.3

John's a writer. Uh, I had an idea, uh, when I went sober. I needed to really vent and empty my mind. And I started

2:04.7

writing a film and I passed it on to John to help me with once we started the podcast because we've

2:09.9

learned so much from the podcast. And also, I'll tell you what the film's about, but also I've got a
