Hello, my friends and welcome welcome to season 14. Can you believe it, of the lively show. It is so nice to come back to you. I did not plan on taking a break between 13 season and 14th season. This was much longer than I planned. But as you're going to hear soon in this episode, you're going to know everything about why that happened and what's been going on in

the meantime. I feel like I have teleported into another life, or as someone in Welling said,

a new timeline. And I'm going to be sharing what that timeline looks like and all of the things

that have transpired since the last few months since I have been here on the show. So to catch

you guys up, first of all, you may notice or soon will notice a new podcast cover. I'm so

excited about this new podcast cover. It actually kind of reminds me a little bit of the grown-up version of the

original cover of the lively show from season one. It has a brown background in the first one

and in our newest one. And I just feel like it really epitomizes the new energy that I am

feeling and living in my body and life and here on the show as well. So many new things

to come for season 14. I have so many episodes to start giving you with interviews from many people

who have actually also joined us in Welling. And speaking of Welling, Welling is now officially,

drum roll please. It is now live to the public to join. I know 130 founding members are already in and have been enjoying it for the last five or six weeks. So it's been so fun to be doing the wellingings with them, the live interactive workshops. We've had guests come in. Some of them you're going to be hearing on the show soon here as well. welling in this episode. You probably heard me talking about it in our season 13 and I'll go more

into detail about it. But I feel like I owe you guys a little personal life update. So I will say on a quick level,
