Hello everyone and welcome to the What I Know Now podcast. This isn't officially the first episode. This is just a little teaser just flirting with you and giving you a taste of what's to come.

Hi, I'm an influencer from London, a beauty fashion lifestyle, I guess really, influencer. I have actually been sharing my life online for six years and I'm so, so grateful to call this my job. I work with a lot of amazing brands like Bulgari, Netaporte, Armani, Chanel, and I'm also an ambassador for

Dior Makeup.

Even if you're not on Instagram and you don't watch vlogs and you have no social media whatsoever you might know me as the

contributing editor to Tatler magazine and as perfect and glittery as all of

that sounds I have been having a not so glittery time in the last few months. But before we get into that, let's just rewind to last December, December of 2018. I had been dating a man that I was head over heels in love with. That December, he asked me to marry him. So obviously I said yes. And our lives were very intertwined. We lived together. We were planning our future lives together, buying a house together, and planning a wedding together as well.

However, by June of this year,, 2019, we had broken up and that actually still gives me a lump in my throat every time I say it.

My heart was just completely shattered in pieces from that moment. The world that I knew

altered instantly. I felt like the rug had just been swept out from under me. I know

this all sounds very dramatic, but actually was a really life-altering

moment for me. Here we are now, four months later, and in light of all this, I wanted to launch

this podcast, inspired by you, my wonderful audience, kind of like a manual, the

manual that I wish I had, the friendly advice, the practical tools, the unfiltered stories,

uncovering steps in heartbreak and healing, which is exactly

what this first season of what I know now is going to be.

I'm going to be bringing you along on this journey with me and on this season I will be roping in my

favorite experts in the fields of relationships, heartbreak and self-love to

talk about how to really get through the tough times. We're also going to talk about the do to really get through the tough times.

We're also going to talk about the do's, the don'ts, and generally share words of wisdom.
