We are back again for the second week in a row.

This is episode number two of this session between me, Dennis Badez Badez Badeh

on the founder of Street Cop Training, and Zach Miller is an instructor with our company, a legal expert in

Fourth Amendment search and seizure.

Without further ado, we're going to get to this week's topic with Zach.

And the first thing we're to start with is the automobile exception and some things regarding

the automobile keeping people in cars.

Can you search people when you develop probable cause and we have enough time to go into

Arizona v Gant in this episode. So introducing Zach Miller.

Zach and take it away let's go into probable cause to search a car and

extending it to passengers in a vehicle and your position. And I'm going to jump in here.

We didn't have a lot to talk about prior to getting in to this podcast

episode but I was just in Kentucky there's an interesting piece of case all that

regarding canine alerts and what they said so I'll bring that up to you as we go along.

Yeah, that's gonna lead right in what we're talking about.
