without further ado Zach Miller and I have had a lot of conversations recently

and over time of all the things that we are trying

to help fix and people to understand legally within the Fourth Amendment

and according to your state's case law.

So we decided we're going to try to do one of these podcasts, maybe even weekly, to give everybody

some real context and insight,

what they're doing right, what they're doing wrong

and give them some guidance on how the law actually reads

and some clarification because we have a lot of misnomers

in this profession regarding what's good and what's not and it's a non-stop battle for us.
