So it's been a big 36 hours Monday, late afternoon and evening.

The Washington Post's Greg Miller and Greg Jaffee dropped a bombshell of a report

that Donald Trump revealed highly classified information to the Russian foreign minister

and ambassador during their meeting last week, just after the James Comey firing,

which current and former US officials said jeopardizes a critical source of intelligence

on the Islamic State. With that, the Trump White House sent out their flags to rebut the story

and on Tuesday, General HR McMaster held a press conference where he repeated the same talking

points over and over again that Donald Trump's actions with respect to the leaking of classified

information were wholly appropriate. And just as the day was coming to a close,

Michael Schmidt, a reporter at The New York Times, not to be outdone by the Washington Post,

broke the story that may very well prove to be Trump's undoing. The Donald Trump,

the president of the United States, asked James Comey during one of their meetings in February,

which Trump alluded to in that scattershot interview with Lester Holt to end the investigation

into his campaign. How's the White House reacting to this? My guest today is Josh Dossi,

a reporter at Politico who's been reporting for the last three days on the chaos in the White House.
