yoga, how old you were, what was happening in your life, how did you know that the path of yoga was the right path for you?

Well, I didn't know that the path of yoga was going to be any kind of a path for me.

I just, I was really fortunate.

I moved to New York City when I was just out of high school, so I was still 17.

And one of my many jobs was working in a cafe down in the Lower East Side called Life Cafe.

And as the fates would have it, the owner of the cafe, his name is David Life.
