On this week's show I've got a dear friend Floyd McClendon Jr. Floyd is a former Navy SEAL and he's currently involved in Texas politics.

The way that I met Floyd is through Seal Fit and we start to show out by me telling the story of how we met and it's really funny because we met at seal fit and he had a

really powerful impact on me there and he taught me he said some things that

that taught me a lot about leadership and but he never we never got a chance to really really dive in and talk about it like he just kind of mentioned some things in passing because it's a very high pressure

event seal fit is and so we never got a chance to dive into it and so over the years I thought about this guy for like dozens of times and I just

wanted to know more about what he told me while I was there. And so we start to
