For the first time in a very long time, the Seahawks are playing a truly meaningful game for what could be the number one overall seed in the NFC or at least a step toward it when they take on the Rams tonight on Thursday night football.

And there's only one guy that we want to talk to on the day of a game of that magnitude. It is Mike Sando, who joins us a day early for his weekly call. How are you doing, Mike? I'm doing well. What a great night, you know, for football, have the Rams and the CX feature. Like, they couldn't have dialed up a better matchup for Thursday night this week.

It's the one we got to see.

It is.

It is.

And, you know, I admit I was a little bummed that this game ends up on a Thursday because I don't think you're going to get the best of both teams in that kind of situation.

And it deserves to be kind of one of those

types of games. But at the same time, it's nice that it is a featured game, the only game

of the day, you get full focus. There are some benefits of it as well. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I mean,

I think looking at it from a CYAC standpoint, you know, a couple weeks ago, you're like, hey, we get a home game. We're home, you know, and then we get to play at this game at home. And we're sort of, we're playing the Colts. I mean, it was a big game nationally because of Phillip Rivers, but it wasn't like I didn't get the feeling that they were all in with their game plan or something against Indie. I almost felt like kind of they've done a couple times this year,

like they're taking a couple games at a time here

and almost strategizing of how they're going to play.

I felt like I don't want to say saving themselves for this game,

but they could afford to have a little bit of an eye on this game.

Whereas I feel like the Rams, they're playing Detroit.

It's golf, Stafford.

Like that was kind of its own heavyweight fight that they had to be in and really had to go

all out to win it.

And of course, the Seahawks almost lost theirs.
