for whatever reason, has a, you know, I think today's a day off. What's today? Is today some

holiday? Oh my God, of course it's a holiday. It's Martin Luther King Day.

How could I forget that?

It's a very, very important holiday.

Do not want to imply anything else.

But I'm so split-brained about everything going on, had not anticipated that.

And so got a kid home from school, trying to take care of him, wife's at work,

you know, all those things. So appreciate your patience while I got this going. And hopefully you are

celebrating the great Martin Luther King in any way you can. And there's a lot to go over in terms of the Seahawks and their opponent, the Los Angeles Rams, who'll be coming into town this week.

I'll get into that a little bit.

There is news, though.

So let's start right there.

For folks that have not heard, Mike McDonald just shared a little bit ago that Zach Charbonnet has a serious knee injury that will require surgery and he is out for the year.

So where there was some optimism in the postgame press conference, Mike McDonald had said there was hope, the optimism that he was structurally

sound. That turned out to not be the case on further imaging. And so Zach Charbonnet will be out.
