Mornings. I'm Brian Nemhouser. And hopefully enjoyed a little day off yesterday. We,

Jeff and I couldn't quite make it happen yesterday. And honestly, I've been working on something. I can't quite share what yet. But it's, it's taken a lot of my time. I'm looking forward to sharing it with all of you. Hopefully this week, I think. We'll see depending on how time plays out. But I got some work done. spent some time with family, and I went for a long bike ride

with my wife, who, Jeff, by the way, man, we got her an e-bike.

So I can bike my normal bike, and she can bike on the e-bike.

We biked 23 miles around the lake yesterday, and it was great, although I got to say, I'm competitive and having her blow by me up the hills, that wasn't so fun. I would be scared to do that. I feel like my wife would just like destroy me. It's like that. Yeah. It was good though. It was good. She's always like we live in a really hilly area. And, and so it's a little intimidating to to bike around here. But, you know, the e-bike kind of equalizes all. And it's pretty cool. It's pretty cool. That's awesome.

How's your, how's your weekend? What's the weather like up there? Not great. It's been, it's been really rainy this week. It's kind of like what people think the Seattle idea is, but I don't know if that's just more.

But it's been rainy all week, and my son has not been able to really get outside.

And he's been cranky all week and all weekend.

So today's okay, but I don't know.

We haven't had very good weather up here.

It's been a weird time in Toronto lately.

So today I'm hoping to get outside a little bit, but it's not great out.

Well, we've got something you and I did last year that I thought it would be fun for us to do again this year.

And we won't go back and revisit all of our answers for last

year, but we basically went through right around this time and compared the different position

groups from the 2023 Seahawks group to the 2004 Seahawks group.

And we kind of went through and were like, hey, like, do we think that Julian Love and

Kvon Wallace and Rayshon Jenkins is a better or worse position group than when they had

quandre digs and Jamal Adams and whoever else was on that?

And it was a little bit controversial back then.

We were like, no, we actually think they're going to be better without Quandre Diggs.
