I'm like you and I started talking about what we were going to discuss a few days ago.

It's going to be hard to make this a one episode show. Yeah, when you first started sending me this, I had no idea where we were going to go with this. I made a list last night of all the different things, and it's on a Google document. I just pulled it up this morning. It's like this long. So I'm like, how are we going to get this done in our usual time slots? So we'll see. We'll see how this goes. It'll probably end up bleeding into multiple parts. We'll probably go a little bit long today too. But, you know, I give credit to the athletic football show with Robert Mays and Derek Classen and Dave Helman, I think, if I remember right.

Anyway, I was listening to their episode on kind of their cold takes from 2025.

And it was a really good episode.

We've done stuff like that before.

We'll do probably do an episode of our cold takes, maybe on a real Hawk Talk or so.

But as they were going through, I still found myself kind of disagreeing with some of their

conclusions about why things were different than what they expected and what they kind of took

away from 2025.

And I was like, I want to talk about that.

And so then I knew Jeff's going to want to talk about that too, because more than anyone else that we have on, you know, the crew, the HB crew, you and I think I pay attention to things happening elsewhere in the league as well.

And all of that's in service of, okay, so what does it take to win?
