episode because, you know, I was not sure I was going to do a post-practice report. There's not

always something to talk about in an OTA practice, and we're doing real hawk talk in two hours

with the fellas. Do we really need to do

an extra episode? Well, the guys kind of forced me to do it because it was an interesting

practice. There were things that stood out to me. This is not going to be the longest episode,

but that's fine. That is just fine. There were a number of veterans that, you know, didn't participate.

Leonard Williams didn't participate. Jared, Jared Reed, you know, same kind of story as last time

where they're not putting all the vets in situations where they're going to be getting a lot of

reps during these early practices. And it doesn't mean that they're not, you know, all in and all that kind of stuff.

But I think they're just being smart.

They're being wise about limiting reps for guys that played a lot of snaps in a Super Bowl season.

And so that was no different today.

But not everybody can take rest rest so we did get to see

some of those guys out there and it felt like a pretty competitive practice today it felt like the

tempo was a little bit higher intensity felt a little bit higher and even at one point it might have

gotten too intense from Mike McDonald's perspective.

There was a point where, you know, one of the offensive linemen went down with an injury.
