I'm Brandon Schultz of the military Seahawkers.

And today I'm joined by my good buddy, Clinton Bonner, as the Seahawks go on the road to Detroit. Gino Smith has another big

day as he is accustomed to, but he does not come away with the W. Clinton. Yeah. Hey,

Gino's really good. Uh, this is, hey, it's a loss and it's early in the season, Brandon. I'm

sure we'll get, we'll get all into it, but at three and one,

it's a good Detroit team. And I'm not making excuses because there's things that there's reasons we

lost this game. We'll get into it. But overall, man, look, we can move the ball with anybody,

anybody. And let's get our core defensive team back and play that game again and see how it looks.

The big story, I think, with this defense one, I mean, if you don't look at this game and

pin it on the fact that defensively, they could only get one stop the entire day.

You know, that definitely has something to do with it. But even going into this game,

especially when you saw the people who are on the inactive list and it's Boe Mofi, Achena Nuwosu, Leonard Williams.

And you're looking at that going, oh yeah, those guys, it's going to, it's going to make it tough.

You're going to need big games from guys then like Draymont Jones and Derek Hall.

And really, they didn't get those big games from the guys up front that Julian Loves goes down during the game.

And so on defense, one, I still would have thought even with all those guys out that maybe you get, I don't know, more than one stop the entire day. It doesn't happen, though. We've got our Ryan 911 coming in, our live executive producers saying, Gohawks, one down onto the next, believe flock. Yeah, we got to believe. Thank you, Ryan. That's amazing. The funny part is, too, Brandon, you know, you mentioned like, you know, we didn't get, we didn't get a big game from hall yeah but he had he had the great sack and ended up in what would have been a pretty

big moment you mentioned dream on jones he got the safety at the end maybe a little too little too late

got washed out a couple times as well yeah it's it's going to be difficult like what i liked

you know listen i'm not a Pollyanna here.

It's just like, look, we played defensively more sound in the second half, but here's the deal.
