Summary

Day 1 of the 2025 NFL Draft from the Clearwater Casino in Washington - the audio has been enhanced from the live broadcast on Thursday, April 24. We cover all the picks leading up to the Seahawks pick of Grey Zabel with the 18th overall pick and talk about the needs of the team and some of the other players we're watching for in the draft.

Earl Thomas was recognized for his career achievements during the draft part and he came on to talk about what the award means to him, what the city of Seattle means to him and his wait for the call into the Hall of Fame. Earl's passes up on calling for a University of Texas prospect to come to the Seahawks and instead calls for Texas native Jalen Milroe.

Kid Sensation, Maharaji, and Attitude Adjuster of the Emerald City Posse join the show following a live performance at the draft party. Mae Milloy, mother of Seahawks legend Lawyer Milloy, stops by to talk about what the moment is like for a parent on draft day. Sharon Smith-Mitchell of the South Sound Sea Hawkers talks about her work with the booster club and the efforts to get Earl Thomas into the Hall of Fame. We also get to hear thoughts from some members of the flock: Lisa, Amy and Jason.
