here with you on this gorgeous Wednesday, July 16th in the Pacific Northwest. It's a hot one out

there. So hopefully, wherever you are, you've got something cold and refreshing next to you.

We've got a lot to cover here during the show, and I could not wait to get started. So here we go.

We're going to start with some news going on around the team and around the NFL. And then we will get

into the main event, which today will be a completion of the

two-parter that I started yesterday going through the entire 53-man projected roster.

Yesterday, we did the offense. And today, we are going to do defense and special teams and

look at the whole 53 man roster.

If you missed yesterday's show,

I think, pretty key pivotal items that are,

and players that are going to help make or break things for how the roster math will work.

I also am going to show you my projections in this show for offense as well.

So if you want to skip all that, you'll miss a little bit of context, but you'll at least know who my picks are at this particular moment for the 53.

So we'll go over that today.
