And I'm joined by the only Welsh lion who wasn't in Australia, I think.

I imagine you've led a much more wholesome few months

than most of your past teammates.

You could probably name a Lions Welsh 15 of Pundas that were out in Australia.

Were you tempted?

I was a little bit tempted.

I got offered to play in that classic Lions.

Yeah, but do you know what?

I was so lucky throughout my career with injury.

I had one shoulder

operation whole time so I thought don't start playing now exactly so I'll give it a missing

there were some really nasty injuries in that game Mike Ross did as a killies

Andy Powell did his shoulder yeah Drew Mitchell's hamstring so yeah good choice

but we're here as I mentioned, in the dressing room,

so where you've been numerous times, myself, just a handful. It's hard to stop your mind
