Hey girl, I am so excited that you're here for today's episode because we've got a really

interesting topic.

We're talking about socially constructed beliefs in particular these beliefs that we adopt

whether it's consciously or unconsciously that aren't actually serving us and instead

might be causing a lot of anxiety or making us just feel like we're behind in this like

timeline path that we maybe don't even actually want to be on which is so interesting.

And honestly, I can preach all day long or you could go to Instagram or Pinterest and

you can look at all of these quotes that say like, do you and like screw the timeline

of what society tells you to do or screw that checklist of you should be doing XYZ by

blank age and I love the concept behind that, yes, like do you.

But truly, there are ways that we might not even be consciously realizing that I want

to share with you today and a couple of different stories of how we're adopting this time

frame that society is pushing on us and it's causing all of these negative emotions.
