psyched up for Sunday night football. I hope so. I am. I think this sets up well for the Steelers.

I'll give you my prediction at the end of the podcast today. Um, quick just because I want to get it out of the way, Dallas has been really good this year on special teams.

So that is an advantage to them.

But the Steelers have been quite good as well.

I don't break down special teams tape.

I go to football outsiders, Ft N, pro football focus, and they all have the cowboys ranked very high.

They actually have a great kicker too, much like the Steelers.

So I just wanted to let you know on that part.

It should be high quality special teams, but Dallas has been really good in that phase.

I want to talk about when Dallas has the ball and then predictions

at the end. So Dallas is passing the ball on 65.6% of their offensive snaps. That's the

highest percentage in the league. So Steelers are going to run like crazy. Dallas is going to throw it like

crazy. On first downs, only three offenses are passing it at a higher rate.

Now, hang with me here because there's a lot of strange personnel groupings they use.

They use 10 personnel to league's highest rate.

Zero one personnel, no back in a tight end, at the second highest rate, and their fifth in their

usage of 20 personnel, as well as 22, two backs, two tight ends. They're also seventh in their

usage of 21. So they're going to throw a lot of different personnel groupings out there,

you know, sometimes no back, sometimes two, you know, so it's something to be aware of.

Steelers are allowing the fourth best yards per game in the league, 261.3.

They allow just four points on average in the second half of games this year. That's also the best
