Beautiful day here. Beautiful Monday. You're probably listening this on a Tuesday. I took a day off from podcasting with you guys. We'll be coming at it every day this week, of course.

I know Aaron Rogers news. No big deal there. Well, I guess it is a big deal, but nothing to report.

But there was a couple of moves with the roster and a couple announcements from Steelerland.

And then I just want to kind of just touch on the draft class again, which we'll talk a lot about.

But the Steelers, I didn't see this one coming.

Cut Montravis Adams.

And it's not for massive cap savings, although they do save a little.

So I thought two years ago, he was a very underrated stealer.

I thought he was a high quality reserve nose with some upfield ability.

You could see why he was a high recruit back in the day.

And then last year, he got injured, came back.

And frankly, after the injury, I never thought he was quite the same, you know.

And maybe that's the crux of this.

They didn't really dig into, you know, why, but I didn't think he made nearly as much of an impact after the injury.

And he's gone.

And of course, they've signed a hand for a couple, you know, cheaper dudes.

I think you're going to fight for spots.

But I also thought it was really interesting that the defensive tackle they drafted,

Black out of Iowa, they went out of their way to say he's not a nose or he's not only a nose, just because he's

ridiculously huge. I think we all assumed that. And his style of play seems to scream old school

nose because there's not much pass rush there, but there's power and size and
