And we're discussing commentary written by the Wall Street Journal editorial page

about a letter that the Chief Justice has written, John Roberts,

mentioning that there have been instances

in the Biden administration in which judges have been either intimidated or threatened outright,

as a case of Mr. Kavanaugh and a man near to his home with a weapon and intentions to do the chief, the associate justice harm.

But the complaint also includes the President of the United States ignoring or in some

fashion dismissing decisions by the judiciary, which is a completely independent part of our

government.

Richard, you've read through the document that the editorial page puts up.

They mentioned in three instances.

The Dobbs case, that's about Mr. Kavanaugh's risk from a shooter who was intercepted near his home,

but as I understand, even the protests near the home are prohibited under the understanding of judicial officers.

But we also have the president himself

ignoring the Supreme Court's rejection of his student loan forgiveness.

We have the president himself ignoring the question of moratorium on eviction.

In other words, they were taking advantage of private landlords with additional money being

passed out. In general, the complaint by the Wall Street Journal page is that Mr. Biden has

been very bad to his judiciary. Do you agree and does John Roberts

have a remedy? Well, I certainly do agree with this. As I regard, as I mentioned earlier on in the show,
