A decision on race conscious college admissions could have implications for corporate diversity

A welcome Professor Richard Epstein, senior fellow of the Hoover Institution, teaches

law at NYU in the University of Chicago, who has been my guide on this affirmative action.

Theory, as is advanced through the courts, especially about two cases that involve the University

of North Carolina and Harvard University.

However, as the headline in the Wall Street Journal indicates, the decision the court is expected

to pass down within hours, within days will affect corporate America profoundly.

The presumption by the headline writers is that the Supreme Court will vote six to three

in favor of stepping aside from the affirmative action followed by universities.

And I learn now from corporations since the case of Grudiversus Bollinger in 2003.

Please explain your anticipation of the Supreme Court decision.
