And so initially what I wanted to do, like he's been doing something really,

he takes on challenges and we'll get to that. But that's what I wanted to talk to him about a little

bit. But then like, you know what? This guy has a really interesting backstory. So we need to

discuss a lot of that stuff too. And what it's like being at one of the

talk about like the business stuff. Let's talk about the speed skating thing because when

i saw you post speed skating stuff on your instagram i was like this dude is out of his mind but then

it's like no way he's also the guy that did Ninja Warrior. So maybe he's not that out of his

mind. What made you say, I want to try speed skating? I think a little bit of is, is that I'm out of

my mind, Lawrence, especially at the age of almost 42. I'm like, yeah, let me, let me go put some

sharp, some catanas on my
