We are a lot stronger than we think we are. We didn't realize that we had the strength to get through those moments and that's what a little above the sport I think

that sums up all running and it sums up life. There are those times where you know we

don't have a choice of not being strong.

You know, we have to be strong and we have to get through those things however we can and

that's what served me well on the Appalachian Trail. Hello, hello everyone.

It's been a little bit crazy.

And let me clue you in briefly on what I've been up to.

There's been a lot of travel lately.

I've come back from about a couple of weeks away from both Colorado and

Pennsylvania mostly spent at the latter in some places that I would never

ordinarily go to had it not been for the people and the opportunities

that have presented itself from being a part of the sport.

You never know where the winds are going to take you and in you know for a few days it took me to

Amish country go figure how crazy and unpredictable this life has been but I love every second of it

I've also been hunkered down on a pretty big client project with some strict outlines so while your
